Treatment Guidelines

You are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing the common cold & flu symptoms, covid-like or any other viral symptoms. This is to avoid infection spreading in the enclosed treatment-environment.

All surfaces and touch-points throughout the treatment- and bathroom areas are cleaned before and after each session. The whole area is ventilated between every session, and the room's atmosphere is also cleansed with a beautifully scented space-clearing spray to make the entire environment fresh. Like this, we can responsibly look after each other. Thank you.

To support a focused and uninterrupted session, please arrange a quiet, private environment where you will not be disturbed.

A stable internet connection is essential. Where possible, a wired (ethernet) connection is recommended over WiFi to ensure clarity and continuity.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments amended with less than 48 hours’ notice — including shortened sessions — will be charged in full, as the allocated time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment, including preparation guidance and session access details.

Sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Alternative connection methods (telephone, WhatsApp, or Viber) are available where required.
